From Treforest Industrial Estate

To reach Severn Road in the Treforest Industrial Estate, Pontypridd, start by heading from Pontypridd town centre. If you're near Pontypridd Railway Station, exit the station and head south on Station Road. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the A470 slip road towards Cardiff. Continue on the A470 for about 1.5 miles, then take the exit toward the Treforest Industrial Estate. Merge onto Main Avenue, and after about half a mile, turn right onto Severn Road. Severn Road is situated within the industrial estate and is easily accessible from this route.

From the University of South Wales

If you are coming from the University of South Wales, Treforest Campus, head south on Llantwit Road and merge onto the A473. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at Gwaelod-y-Garth Road, where you’ll take the second exit onto Main Avenue. Continue on Main Avenue, and after a short drive, turn left onto Severn Road.

Billing

If you’re a household customer, you’ll be billed when signing up and then automatically billed every week for your storage until you decide you no longer require your unit. Business customers are able to pay in advance, either weekly, quarterly, or annually. This will depend on the option you choose when signing up.

Unfortunately, there will be a £20 administration fee charged to your account if there is a failed payment. You will be notified of any failed payments via text message. It’s important that you update your payment information within seven days or your storage unit will be locked. Please ensure that we have your most up-to-date contact details in case our team needs to contact you about a failed payment.

At this time, we’re unable to take cash as a payment for storage units due to our security protocols.
