Yes, it’s absolutely fine to store anything from a Land Rover to a classic Porsche at any of our facilities.

Yes, every customer who stores with Pink Storage is eligible for 12 hours of complimentary removal van use. But, if you need it longer our team will be happy to make arrangements for you. As there are sometimes availability issues on busier days and weekends it’s best to contact us about free van hire in advance.
Yes, if you work for any of the armed forces we’ll be more than happy to provide you with a special rate on your self storage. Please contact the Port Talbot office and provide details about your ID.

Billing
If you’re a household customer, you’ll be billed when signing up and then automatically billed every week for your storage until you decide you no longer require your unit. Business customers are able to pay in advance, either weekly, quarterly, or annually. This will depend on the option you choose when signing up.

Unfortunately, there will be a £20 administration fee charged to your account if there is a failed payment. You will be notified of any failed payments via text message. It’s important that you update your payment information within seven days or your storage unit will be locked. Please ensure that we have your most up-to-date contact details in case our team needs to contact you about a failed payment.
At this time, we’re unable to take cash as a payment for storage units due to our security protocols.
Registration
Yes, we will require you to provide us with your vehicle’s registration number after signing up. Simply reply to the welcome text message we’ll send your after signing up with the registration number
