Unfortunately, there will be a £15 administration fee charged to your account if there is a failed payment. You will be notified of any failed payments via text message. It’s important that you update your payment information within seven days or your storage unit will be locked. Please ensure that we have your most up-to-date contact details in case our team need to contact you about a failed payment.
How does payment work with Pink Storage?
If you’re a household customer, you’ll be billed when signing up and then automatically billed every week for your storage until you decide you no longer require your unit.
Business customers are able to pay in advance, either weekly, quarterly, or annually. This will depend on the option you choose when signing up.
Is it possible to make a payment in cash?
At this time, we’re unable to take cash as a payment for storage units due to our security protocols.
Do you need to register my vehicle’s registration number?
Yes, we will require you to provide us with your vehicle’s registration number after signing up. Simply reply to the welcome text message we’ll send your after signing up with the registration number
