Facilities
Any illegal goods are prohibited at our facility as is livestock and flammable liquids. If you have any questions or hesitations about what you can and can’t store, please feel free to contact our team for further information.
We have many customers who choose to use Pink Storage to archive all of their documents. Commonly, we have found that businesses and organisations such as accountants, police forces, and universities store documents with us.

Security
We make entry into your storage unit as simple and secure as possible. So, we’ll provide you with a secure pin code for access to our facility and your storage unit. This will be sent via text message.
Billing
If you’re a household customer, you’ll be billed when signing up and then automatically billed every week for your storage until you decide you no longer require your unit. Business customers are able to pay in advance, either weekly, quarterly, or annually. This will depend on the option you choose when signing up.
