Pink Storage celebrates double win at BusinessIn Wales Awards 2026

Pink Storage is celebrating a double win at the BusinessIn Wales Awards 2026, taking home Scale Up of the Year, while CEO Scott Evans was also crowned Entrepreneur of the Year. The awards were presented at The Parkgate Hotel in Cardiff, marking a significant milestone in Pink Storage’s tenth year in business and highlighting how far the company has come since inception.

From one site to 26 locations

Founded in Wales ten years ago, Pink Storage has grown from a single site into a business operating 26 locations across Wales and England. Along the way, it has challenged traditional approaches to storage, investing in ways to make the experience simpler and more convenient for customers. With further sites in the pipeline, the company is continuing to expand its network and move closer to its target of 60,000 units.

Technology has played an important role, with online booking and digital access systems that give customers greater flexibility, while investment in artificial intelligence and automation is creating new opportunities to improve the customer experience and how the business operates. Pink Storage is also continuing to make its facilities more sustainable, including the development of its first net-zero facility this year.

Celebrating a decade of progress

For Scott, winning both awards was a proud moment, reflecting the work of the wider team as much as his own entrepreneurial journey.

“Winning both awards was a fantastic way to celebrate our tenth year in business. When I started Pink Storage, I had a vision for doing things differently and making it easier for customers to store their belongings. To see how far we’ve come is incredibly rewarding, but this achievement belongs to the whole team, whose hard work and commitment have helped us grow the business and continue to push forward,” said Scott.

The double win comes as Pink Storage looks ahead to its next stage of growth. With more locations in the pipeline and continued investment in technology and customer service, the company remains focused on making storage more accessible and convenient while building its presence across Wales and England.
